Mohamad Fayaz has more than 22 years of experience. His core competence is in the areas of accounting, payroll, and project accounting.

Fayaz started his career as an audit assistant in an audit firm, where he was involved in structuring audits, the accounting process, and managing direct and indirect tax-related activities. The following year, he joined Hewitt Associates, a leading human resources outsourcing firm, as a team developer, processing payroll for companies like Oracle, Heinz India, and Star TV Network. He was also involved in the induction programme, where he trained new joinees on payroll processes and payroll software operations.

At IIHS (Institution Deemed to be) University, Fayaz is part of the FO’s office, where he is responsible for managing the University’s financials, scholarship disbursements, fee collection, and other University-related finance activities.
