Jyoti Singh is a dynamic professional with nearly a decade of experience in the education sector, specialising in academic operations, programme management, and strategic planning. Armed with an MBA in Operations and Marketing, she brings a unique blend of expertise in process optimisation and learner-focused programme delivery.

Jyoti’s career spans leading institutions and educational corporations, such as the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Delhi, upGrad Education, Great Learning, and the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru. At NLSIU, she managed their Professional and Continuing Education wing, spearheading online master’s and diploma programmes in law. Her contributions included streamlining operations, enhancing admissions processes, and driving a new digital marketing strategy that significantly increased student traction.

In her current role, Jyoti oversees the University’s Master’s programmes, bringing her expertise in curriculum design, operational efficiency, and learner engagement to the forefront. She joined IIHS to manage the Urban Fellows Programme, and has since played a pivotal role in creating impactful learning experiences. Her responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary programmes, streamlining Learning Management Systems (LMS), optimising ​processes, managing budgets, and mentoring students. Her work reflects a deep commitment to fostering academic excellence while ensuring operational efficiency.

Throughout her career, Jyoti has successfully managed programme portfolios spanning human-centred design, law, management, and engineering degrees, showcasing her breadth of expertise. Her strategic vision and innovative approach have driven results, making her a trusted leader in the education sector.

Outside of work, Jyoti’s life is enriched by her loving family and her vibrant household of ​six mischievous cats ​(mostly ginger and tabby) and a gentle Labrador dog. Their presence brings balance and joy to her life, complementing her professional passion for education with the warmth of her personal commitments.
