Bijay Das is Senior Manager – Academic Office (PhD Programme) at the University. He is responsible for running the day-to-day administrative affairs of the PhD Programme and extending necessary support to students.

Previously, Bijay worked at the Shiv Nadar (Institution of Eminence Deemed to be) University as an Academic Associate (Manager) and assisted the Dean of Academics in the formulation and implementation of academic policies for all programmes at the University. He also supported a review of curricula for their undergraduate and master’s programmes as per the requirements of the NEP 2020 and NCrF.

As a Manager in the Academic Administration department at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, Bijay was responsible for the smooth functioning of the LLD, PhD, MPP and LLM programmes and for streamlining various academic processes. For a short while, Bijay also extended his support to accreditation and ranking processes at the University.

Bijay also served as a Lecturer at Azim Premji University, Bengaluru, and was associated with the Institute of Assessment and Accreditation. He was responsible for developing their online assessment bank and conducting workshops on developing the assessment bank for mathematics to assess the learning level of middle school students. He also contributed to developing the Learning Standards Frameworks for CBSE at the University.
