Vidya Jindal

Vidya Jindal has nearly 40 years of experience in strategic HR, organisational development, leadership and competency development, setting up and redesigning HR and learning systems, coaching, and emotional intelligence. A graduate from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad, she brings her rich experience, perspective of strategic issues, and a demonstrated track record of defining and implementing organisational development, HR and learning strategy, across multiple sectors, including the non-profit sector, especially in higher education.

She has led the People function at IIHS and has previously served as President of HR and OD at Tata Interactive Systems. She has taught at IIM Bangalore and IIM Udaipur, and has considerable experience in training and instructional design. She has also been a certified Assessor for the Tata Business Excellence Model (an adaptation of the Malcolm Baldridge Model) and is also a certified Coach (accredited by the International Coach Federation) with an additional accreditation in emotional intelligence.
